PE42641 Switch
The PE42641 SP4T is the latest switch available from Peregrine Semiconductors and contains 4 identical GSM/EDGE/WCDMA compliant TX paths.
It integrates on-board CMOS control logic with a low voltage CMOS-compatible control interface and requires no DC blocking capacitors.
Features include:

- Two control lines and a dedicated VDD line
- Very high isolation: 35 dB @ 900 MHz, 29 dB @ 1900 MHz
- Excellent linearity, fully WCDMA IMD3 spec compliant
- IMD3 typical of -110 dBm
- IP3 typical > +68 dBm
- 2000 V ESD HBM, Digital Pins
- Standard 3x3x0.75 mm QFN package

PE4257 Switch
The PE4257 is a DC-3GHz SPDT Absorptive switch which is designed for wireless applications. This single-supply SPDT switch integrates a two-pin CMOS control interface with extremely low bias requirements while operating on a single 3-volt supply.
Features include:

- High input IP3 > +55 dBm
- High isolation 64 dB at 1000 MHz
- Low insertion loss: typically 0.75 dB at 1000 MHz and 0.95 dB at 2000 MHz
- LV CMOS two-pin control

PE4259 Switch
The PE4259 is a DC-3GHz SPDT Reflective switch which integrates on-board CMOS control logic with a low voltage CMOS-compatible control interface, and can be controlled using either single-pin or complementary control inputs.
Features include:

- Low insertion loss: 0.35 dB at 1000 MHz, 0.5 dB at 2000 MHz
- Isolation of 30 dB at 1000 MHz, 20 dB at 2000 MHz
- Typical input 1 dB compression point of +33.5 dBm
